By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 662brt platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, crash game section, or any promotional feature — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation or qualification. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 662brt (the operator).

• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent verification stage is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

662brt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle — including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended and their balances held pending satisfactory document submission.

One Account Per User

Each individual person may hold only one active 662brt account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or any other combination of credentials — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 662brt will close all but the earliest verified account, void any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts, and may retain any winnings generated through the duplicate accounts pending investigation.

Account Security Obligations

Prohibited Payment Practices

• You may not deposit funds from a payment account that does not belong to you.
• You may not use the 662brt cashier as a money transfer mechanism — depositing and withdrawing without meaningful gameplay activity constitutes abuse of the payment system and will result in account suspension.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes raised with your payment provider in bad faith will result in permanent account closure and recovery of any associated costs by 662brt.

In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to settlement, payouts, and game mechanics.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on the 662brt sportsbook are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selection, stake, and odds before confirming a wager. 662brt does not accept cancellation requests for bets already confirmed except in circumstances explicitly permitted under the relevant sport's rules (for example, match abandonment or venue change protocols).

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the 662brt trading team — for example, during a review of unusual betting patterns, a potential match-fixing concern, or a technical incident affecting odds accuracy. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and ICC tournaments — are subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches as determined by the relevant governing body.

Casino Games

All casino games on the 662brt platform — including live dealer games, slots, and RNG table games — use certified random number generation or professional live studio environments provided by recognised game suppliers. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Live casino game results are final once the dealer or automated system has confirmed the round outcome. Disputes arising from technical disconnections on the player's side during a live game round will be resolved according to the server-side record, which is treated as authoritative.

Error and Malfunction Policy

Winnings generated from a manifest error are not considered legitimate and will be recovered from account balances where necessary. General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. • Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual or entity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 662brt platform to process, layer, or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity. 662brt has a duty to report suspicious transactions and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Match Fixing and Corrupt Activity: Placing bets on the basis of inside information derived from involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt arrangement with players, officials, or team management.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, scrape odds data, or interact with the 662brt platform in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the 662brt platform to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained via a known exploit will be voided.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a casino game or to share information that confers an unfair advantage in live dealer games.
• Chargebacks in Bad Faith: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider after voluntarily depositing funds into your 662brt account.

662brt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
• Legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 662brt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account after standard processing checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 662brt will attempt to notify you by email before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to the remaining balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Dormant accounts can be reactivated by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, due to breach, or due to dormancy — your right to access the 662brt platform ceases immediately. Any open bets at the time of closure for cause (breach of Terms) will be voided. For voluntary closures, open bets will be settled according to normal market rules and any resulting balance returned to the registered payment account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 662brt platform — including software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 662brt or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use of 662brt content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 662brt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any technical failure beyond 662brt's reasonable control. 662brt's total aggregate liability to any individual user in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user during that calendar month.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising between you and 662brt that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team will be subject to binding arbitration.
